2. Determine your individual job mission. (1 minute)

3. Review an objective Criteria for Keeping or Throwing Away. (10 minutes)

4. Systematically evaluate every item you have, decide where it goes, and set up the most logical, retrievable system for each category of item. (Time varies based on volume and decision speed)

5. Evaluate your furniture and equipment arrangement for maximum productivity. (1 hour)

6. Review your daily, weekly, and monthly schedule to determine the best way to optimize your work schedule. (1 hour)

7. Review how you keep track of specific To Do items, and set up a system that works for your style. (1 hour)

8. Discuss the most effective ways to delegate work, run meetings, communicate in various situations, and channel interruptions. (2 hours)
